We would like to invite you to participate in the second annual Innovate4AMR, a global student design competition aimed at improving antimicrobial stewardship in low-resource healthcare settings, with the objective of ensuring access and increasing equity. Sponsored by the International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA), ReAct, the IDEA Initiative at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the World Health Organization (WHO), Innovate4AMR offers students the opportunity to join the front lines of the fight against antimicrobial resistance.
Innovate4AMR aims to engage the next generation of leaders in developing innovative, scalable approaches to address the challenge of conserving existing antibiotics. In its first year, Innovate4AMR gained wide-spread interest from both students and professionals working in the field, with more than 1200 young health advocates signing up for the competition, Innovate4AMR received 145 solutions from teams coming from over 30 countries.
